I normally eat turkey sandwiches, cucumbers, grapes, honey wheat bread (although i MUCH prefer whole wheat, but my dumbass stepmom doesn’t listen), low fat yogurt, and granola bars. I eat whatever is for dinner that night since I have no control but it’s usually pasta or maybe fish or pizza. It’s not always very healthy, but it’s not that bad I don’t think either. I’m not totally happy with this and wish I had more control over what I eat.
