I have never used any set diets like South Beach or Weight Watchers. I have not even done a low-carb one or low-sugar. I just do what I like and keep it low-cal as often as possible. I like being able to eat whatever I chose to and not having some program tell me what to do. I do my own research for what foods to eat and do all of my own workouts etc. Not that there is ANYTHING wrong with weight loss programs!! I know they really do work and they are best for people who have busier lives than me so big thumbs up to those people. I’m just saying it’s not right for me.
