1. I know that my stats have not changed during this 30 day challenge, I didn’t expect them to and I’m not really upset about it. Just getting that out of the way.

    I have a goal. I’m going to eat 1400 calories at least everyday this week (but not more than 1600) and NOT TO BINGE. This is still so hard for me to do and I know now it’s because I’ve accidentally put my body into starvation mode. If your body receives less than 1200 calories a day, then it goes into starvation mode and I had no idea! I know now that since I run so often, I need to be eating more calories to make sure that doesn’t happen because well starvation mode is just a bad thing for your health in general but it also holds on to fat longer which is bad for me trying to lose fat! Assuming on distance run days I burn 300 calories and on workout days I burn 250 calories, I need to eat 1500 calories a day. I think my eating disorder is still telling me that 1500 is too much which is why I really want to just eat 1400 but I don’t want to make myself binge either. Okay maybe I’ll change it to 1500 cals a day……I usually eat a ton at dinner just because I am so hungry after working out! I think it’s enough to get me up there to 1500, I really do haha. This week is a brand new week with a brand new start and I have full control of myself! PLUS I have my license now!! Yay for independence and not having to deal with Kijoo as much!!
