1. These past few days haven’t been too bad. I let myself slip up yesterday as a kind of reward as I have decided that I will do once a week. This week it’ll be 2 but that’s okay. I know that it’s goo to happen especially if I’m eating 1200 calories a day so I’m accepting it now. However I will not allow 2 slip up days in a row. I realize that the last I say fuck it the faster I will see results. This weekend I will have my gym membership and I am so excited about that because now I can burn a whole bunch I calories everyday. I need to work on my Pull ups though. But yeah tho weekend will be good. Lots of working out and relaxing. I won’t be hanging out with Jorge this weekend because I think it’ll be good to just have a little break from him. I’ll hang out with him next weekend though. But I really have good feelings about this week I think it’ll be good eating wise. I’m saving Fridays as binge days so I can call it fatass Friday lol. Thursday I might have to pay and go to freaking cub run since I don’t have practice. Running out on my own is such a pain and a lot harder than just going to the gym. Lifetime is really my favorite place ever to work out. Idk why it’s just better.
