1. I’m honestly so proud of myself. I’ve been saying in my eating range for a long time. I mean I allowed myself to eat a ton on Monday but it’s okay. I’m not going to over eat tomorrow either I am determined as fuck! Lol I may go on a run but probably not. I think I’ll use tmrw as a rest day. I’ll get home around 12:30 and I’ll do my usual fiber one bar around 230 and eat dinner at the normal time too. I’m taking a nap too so it’ll be totally fine. I’m honesty not worried about it. My head has been in a good place. I’m saving Friday as my binge day. I can binge before my meet though before because obviously I will be sick so after my meet when I get home I’ll eat. The fact that at the moment I don’t have any peanut butter is really good although I know within the next couple days it’ll be back :( oh well. Saturday will be great since I can just burn off whatever I binge on Friday too. I’m gonna try not to binge on Friday too especially if I just don’t really want to because that’ll make my progress much faster.
